COOK
• Preferably male, between 27 to 40 years old, with at least 5 years industry experience gained from a reputable restaurant; excellent oral and written communications & leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent technical cooking skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced casual dining restaurant setting.
• Responsible for providing quality cooked meals based on specific Company cooking style and standards.
• Responsible for maintaining recipe cards and provide food costing for individual dishes.
• Responsible for providing guidance and supervision to kitchen staff.
